Agency authorised logins have more access rights than practitioner authorised logins.
To login as an agency you require a username and password. These agency login details are case sensitive.
The Search page provides a Simple search in the top section.

Simple searches can be based on one of the fields in the simple search field descriptions.
To search by Site, enter the search criteria and click
.
To search by Practitioner, enter the search criteria and click
.
The search results contain results based on the search criteria and whether a Site or Practitioner search has been performed.
After completing a simple search, you can further narrow your search results by searching for Service, Availability or Practitioner information on the tabs on the second section of the Search page.

If you have used the Search function and wish to perform a
new search with different criteria, click
at the bottom of the Search page or the Search Results page.
This will clear all the previously populated fields and you will be able to start again from the beginning.
If you wish to refine existing search conditions, click
at the bottom of the Search Results page. You are able to refine an existing search by
adding to or editing the original search criteria.
This option will only be available after you have performed at least one search.
If you wish to expand the suburb or postcode search to surrounding suburbs or postcodes, click
at the bottom of the Search Results page. This will automatically add surrounding suburbs or postcodes to the search criteria and perform the search again.
This option will only be available after you have performed at least one search and you have entered a suburb or postcode in the search critera.
If you wish to apply 'fuzzy matching' to the search criteria entered in the Name of Agency/Site/Practitioner field, click
. This increases the matching results to include inexact matches returning similar sounding results. For example, 'Smith' and 'Smythe' would match.
Results obtained by performing either simple or tab searches are displayed in a grid or a table-like form.
If a Site Search has been performed, the results will be displayed by Site Name.

If a Practitioner Search has been performed, the results will be displayed by Practitioner Name.
