Quicklist

Globe The Quicklist is only active for the current session.  If you close the Internet window and then access the HSD directory again in a new browser window the Quicklist will be cleared of all previous records.

Once you have searched for services and have a results listing you can mark (tick) one or more of the services or practitioners and save them in a list while you do further searches. The concept behind this facility is that you can build a list of services from various different searches and then either print that listing or save it.

Site and practitioner details can be added to the Quicklist in the following screens:

The Quicklist page is accessed when you click Quicklist Menu button from the navigation menu. 

The list displays the practitioner, services and site details and you are able to scroll between the previous and next pages for the longer lists.

Clear the list

To mark (tick) all the items on the list:

  • click Select All button

To clear or reduce the size of your list by removing all items that are marked (ticked):

  • click Remove button

To deselect the selected items on the list:

  • click Deselect All button.
Print the list

To generate a printer-friendly extract of the listing currently displayed on the screen:

  • click Print button.

Bomb This does not generate an extract of the entire list if it is longer than one page.
Save the list to a file

To save the listing currently displayed on the screen as a comma-delimited Excel text file on your local file system:

  • click Save As button.

Select Site Details You can click on a particular Site Name to view the site details for the selected site.
Select Practitioner Details You can click on a particular Practitioner name  to view the practitioner details for the selected practitioner.
