Register your Organisation

The Registration page allows you to register your organisation on the Human Services Directory so that you can be given access to the database.

Select from the navigation menu.
Enter your details on the Registration Form page.

Registration Form Field Descriptions
Field	What to do
Your name	Type your name, e.g. John Smith. This is a mandatory field.
Your contact number	Type your contact phone number. This is a mandatory field.
Your contact e-mail	Type your contact email address. This is a mandatory field.
Your organisation name	Type your organisation's name, e.g. The Medical Centre This is a mandatory field.
Your organisation's street address	Type your organisation's street address.
Suburb & Postcode	Type the suburb and postcode where your organisation is located.
Standard services list	List the standard services that your organisation provides, e.g.: Child Care Aged Care General Practice Counselling.
Enter the number displayed below	Type the number displayed underneath this field. This is a mandatory field.

After adding the Registration details, select from the following:

Submit registration	Click .
Exit without saving Registration details	Click .
