Saving Details

This saves an extract of the details relating to the selected search items from the following screens: 

• Search Results page
• Quicklist page

After you click a dialog box will appear allowing you override the default file name and the location to save.

The default file name is HSDdate.csv where date is the current date, e.g. HSD20090415.

These details are saved as a comma-delimited text file.

Only the details displayed on the current page will be extracted. This does not generate an extract of the entire list if it is longer than one page.
